From clicks to appointments
Three steps that build on each other. None of them works without the one before, and that is exactly where most accounts fail.
01
Assessment and strategy
Before an ad runs, it has to be clear what your audience searches for and what an enquiry may cost you. This is the part most people skip.
- Who should come
- We narrow down which service needs filling. In a clinic that is usually the self-pay treatments, not the general term.
- Search terms and competition
- I pull the actual search queries and bid ranges for your catchment area. Not an industry table, your numbers.
- Budget and target
- We calculate backwards: what a new client is worth, how many enquiries turn into one, and what an enquiry may therefore cost.

02
Campaign and landing page
Now it gets built. Ads and landing page are created together, because neither carries without the other.
- Ads with clear intent
- Ad copy that matches the search query. For regulated health professions with an eye on German advertising law, which applies to ads just as it does to the website.
- One page, one goal
- Not a homepage with a menu, but a page that picks up what the ad said and leads to the enquiry. Fast, without distraction.

03
Launch, measurement, adjustment
The campaign goes live, and that is when the actual work starts.
- Appointments straight into your calendar
- People who enquire book an appointment online that lands in your calendar. No back and forth by email.
- Weekly review, monthly report
- Search term report, exclusions, ad tests. The report says what carried and what did not.
